      This is something I believe has no clear conclusions. They think wearing metal hair grips would be safe but maybe not a metal helmet for example.

      The more metal I think is generally a bad idea. But the difference will be very slim I would think. Remember that the amount of metal and the path for the electricity to travel through is quite small compared to the entire path length.

      Not standing under a tree and wearing rubber soled shoes are probably bigger swingers than anything else. Also crouching down if you are exposed too.
